[mary-dev] FeatureMaker exception

Hind,

I appreciate your sending bug reports; this is invaluable for improving 
the quality of MARY TTS.

However, I have one general request to you. When sending a bug report 
and request for help, please *always* include the following details:

- which platform are you working on (Linux, MacOSX, Windows);
- which Java version are you using (output of java -version);
- which command have you been running *exactly*?

and, if your call involved the starting of MARY TTS (as is the case here):

- any custom config files that you may have created, e.g. for a new 
language;
- the debug output log (i.e., run with -Dlog.level=debug -Dlog.tofile=true).

The point is that without this information, one can only guess what the 
problem is. In this case, I am guessing that you do not define a Feature 
processor manager for a new locale.
