You don't have to extract the installer. If nothing happens when you 
double click, try to start the installer from the command line as 
described on the download page. Also make sure that the ending of the 
installer file is .jar and not .zip . If you are using the Internet 
Explorer, you may accidentally have saved the installer as 
mary-install-3.0.0.zip .
