[mary-users] Does Mary TTS conform to SSML tags?

Dear all,

I try to run Mary TTS with SSML. The SSML files are read ok, but the  
SSML tags make no difference. In my sample file (below) both copies of  
my sentence sound equal.
The prosody contour should render the indignation of the speaker by  
raising f0, but it doesn't.

How is the policy of Mary TTS against SSML? Does it simply ignore the  
SSML tags, or can I do something to make them work?
