[mary-users] ask for help about MCepTimelineMaker

Hi Leena,

apparently the data you use as input is not in the form expected by the 
MCepDatagram. How did you create your mel-cepstrum files? They should be 
pitch-synchronous as created by the Edinburgh speech tools.
