[mary-users] allophones.XX.xml format

Hi all,

I am creating a language support for brazilian portuguese ant I got a
problem. I have a phoneset for my language (SAMPA), but I don't know the
allophones.xx.xml format (the phoneset format in Mary).

This file is imput for MARY Transcription Tool:

		features="vlng vheight vfront vrnd ctype cplace cvox">
	<silence ph="_"/>
