[mary-users] Commas in lab files

I didn't do anything to make the files have commas.
I simply downloaded everything and installed it as usual, then ran it.

My best guess would be that the comma comes from the system's decimal separator, and since my Ubuntu is German (has a German formatting somewhere), the component which is creating the lab files, is simply using it.
