[mary-users] streamAudio - WAVE

If I remember correctly, the problem with WAVE streaming is that the 
wave file header is expected to contain the file size, which in the case 
of streaming is unknown. If you stream a wave file, some players will 
work, and others not; it seems to me that the wave file format simply 
isn't made for streaming.
