[mary-users] HMMVoiceMakeData - alignement problems

Dear Ingmar,

I think now this error is quite normal. My NLP phonemiser is adding two _
at the beginning of the transcription of each sentence. That must be the
cause of this misalignment. So I have to fix this bug, and hopefully it
will work. I let you inform.
