[mary-users] HTS_for_HTK-3.4.1patch problems

Dear Robert,

I would not rely on the check_install_external_programs.sh to work 
flawlessly. Please try to unpack HTK and HDecode into a clean directory, 
then download and apply the patch manually. If problems persist, please 
open a new issue on GitHub.
