[mary-users] Increase speech rate of marytts

Dear Ingmar,

thanks for your fast replay. Thats a good point. i google arround for 
sox a little and found the "tempo" parameter. it also speeds up the play 
but it keep the pitch :).

play -q  /tmp/marytts.wav tempo 1.8

that realy helps :) thanks for that. this will work as workarround until 
mary can handle speed again.
