[Rock-dev] upcoming 'tags' feature

We talked about it a while ago.

Autoproj, in the next version, will support having 'tags' in 
manifest.xml, for instance

   <tags>imaging,experimental</tags>

I plan to use those for
  * having more cross-cutting categories in the documentation
  * display a big red box on top of experimental package descriptions
  * use "stable" in the build to pick the CMake build
    type (RelWithDebInfo for stable and Debug for everything else)

Thoughts ?
