[Rock-dev] autoproj 1.7.0 needs to be manually updated

In normal operations, autoproj is updated when running autoproj update. 
However 1.7.0 contains a bug that makes this update inoperational. You 
will therefore have to update it yourself

   autoproj --version

will give you the version. If it is 1.7.0, run

   gem install autoproj
