The include() statement in CMakeLists.txt relies on the 
ROCK_CMAKE_MACROS environment variable being properly set. Which 
autoproj's rock configuration should do for you.

Can you check if it is set in env.sh. If it is not, run autoproj envsh 
to regenerate the file, and check again.

In last resort, set it manually to /path/to/base/types/cmake
before calling autoproj.
