The fact that orogen included the pose.h version from /usr/local/ 
explains the problem. Only base/Vector3d is allowed in oroGen types, not 
Eigen::Vector3d (the first is the same as the second, but with alignment 
turned off). The very old header you had was using Eigen::Vector3d, 
which led to the problem.

Now, I'll have to look into why orogen picked up that file. It should 
definitely have preferred the version from the rock installation.
