[Rock-dev] autoproj build ignores package directory

Hi,

following the tutorial I created a new library with "rock-create-lib 
drivers/my_driver" which worked well. But when I try to build the 
library with "autoproj build drivers/my_driver" nothing happens:
...
autoproj: importing and loading selected packages
autoproj: nothing to do

It's only built when I add the library to autoproj/manifest. It seems 
that autoproj ignores the package parameter?
