Thank you for yoour support,

can you help me to understand how can I set the same source for both OCL and RTT?

When I boostrap using rock script I got only one question:

Which flawours of Rock do you wan to use? 

and I replyed 'master'.

I looked to my overrides files but I didn't find any directive to change branch.

Please can you help me findiing where am I wrong?

This happens when you mix an OCL 'master' with an RTT 'toolchain-2.2' branch.

You need to set your OCL branch to toolchain-2.2 as well.

For the record: in the whole 'orocos-toolchain' directory, each git repository 
(project) needs to have the same branch checked out, ie, all on 'master' or 
all on 'toolchain-2....'
