I know that I can change branches in the way you pointed out.
I didn't that,  so I can't understand in which way I can have two different branches chosen,
one for OCL and one for the other modules,  when during the installation of rock I chose the 'master' branch.

Unfortunately when I try autoproj update, autoproj build I get the following error.

I am missing something but I can't understand what.

you can change branches by putting something like:

overrides:
	-ocl
         branch: my_branch

into autoproj/overrides.yml (tabs are forbidden to format the file.).
