[Rock-dev] Orocos silently swallows exceptions

when an exception is caught there, I add a message saying that there an 
exception has been caught from *Hook() (mentioning the right hook, 
obviously, and using log(Error)). If the exception is a subclass of 
std::exception, I also add the message returned by what().

The patch for updateHook() / errorHook() is the HEAD of rock-rtt/master, 
you can have a look if you want.
