Comment:

 whenever there is an error message from autoproj, you need to have a look
 at the logfile pointed out by autoproj (here: /home/goldhoorn/dev-
 avalon/install/log/tools/orocos.rb-post-install.log)

 In this instance, the problem was:
  - MQ has been enabled on the RTT once. The corresponding .pc file was
 therefore installed
  - MQ has been disabled.
  - RTT's MQ transport has changed, leading to having a new header
 installed
  - orocos.rb was still picking MQ support (because the .pc file is there)
 but the header was not present
