In RTT 1.x, properties and attributes were exactly the same from the 
CORBA point of view. It is not true anymore in 2.x, so they don't appear 
the same on orocos.rb either.

Bottom line: there's a vague conceptual difference between the two, but 
nobody really knows what it is :). It has been the subject of a few 
discussions on orocos-dev, but without a true conclusion.

As a guideline: only use properties.
