Regarding the use of the Vicon-libraries within Rock:

After a longer mail conversation with different peoples, this is the final
sentences I got:
we are happy for you to publish the libraries, but responsibility for
ensuring that they are up to date and working in your environment is up to
you.

The "we are happy for you" is still a little bit confusing, but (after all)
I am quite sure that he wants to say "do it".
