You mean "rock_bootstrap build failed" in the subject ?

In my poor english, it can be quite easily interpreted as "the bootstrap 
of rock failed to build".

For the link, yes, I know, now I prefer that people know that there is a 
problem with a broken link rather than not knowing it at all. If you 
candidate to fix that issue, we can give you an account on the build server.
