OK, I'll put my two cents in:
The message body needs to be clearer. If the intention is to warn
others, that they should not update their repositories it should state
something like "Hi, I failed to build rock. Don't update your
repositories. I've informed some humans, they will reply when they've
fixed the problem."

If the intention is to tell someone to fix his code I agree with Peter
that the preferred way would be to just notify this person (and a core
development team). For people without access to the imoby server it
would also be helpful to get the logfile or the important part (for
example everything after the first error / warning) as an attachment.
