[Rock-dev] Cleanup - orogen-mars_core

I was trying to get the simulator mars running for an underwater project
and had some trouble with the configurations paths. To simplify the hole
configuration process I cleaned up the module.

Changes:
-> QThread.isRunning is now used to determine if the simulator is
started
-> remove all path properties expect of the path to "config_pathes"
-> all other paths are now set through the file "config_pathes" (this is
a normal mars config file)
-> the default path for config_pathes is automatically set to
install/configuration/mars-default

I pushed the changes to orogen-mars_core master.
