The camera is logged all the time in low resolution for safety reasons
but the data are pretty useless for our algorithm. Therefore we need a
way to split the log file into parts where high resolution frames were
logged.
one big log file
8:00 o'clock --> 10:00 o'clock low resolution
10:00 o'clock --> 10:15 o'clock low resolution and hight resolution
10:15 o'clock --> 11:00 o'clock low resolution
...
Maybe the easiest way is to stop and restart the logger
