[Rock-dev] Autoproj apt-get bug

That's not a bug, it's a feature. The missing --force-yes helps to
protect your system. According to the manpage "Using force-yes can
potentially destroy your system!" When you apply it, apt-get doesn't
abort or ask even if it wants to remove essential system packages. This
can result in a non working system.

You really should undo this.
