[Rock-dev] Proposal: Rock Apps

Äh... obviously an unsaved Version on my Mac in the UNICOM.

Just from my memory:

* directorystrucutre wise I would prefer your second porposal. For using rock irregular (i.e. me), this solution would be much more intuitive. For example is the top-lvele directory "controllers" ambiguous..

* I have no direct opinion on the PATH. Rock will clutter the PATH variable anyway, you just can#t prohibit that. The only thing I'd like to point out is, that runtime changes in the Path a very hard to debug if something goes wrong...
