[Rock-dev] Integration of an Qt GUI into a ROCK deployment.

My best guess. 

You either forgot to source the environment or vizkit is not installed
on your system. In that case add gui/vizkit to your autoproj manifest
and call autoproj build 
(after the package is installed you have to source the environment
again).
