[Rock-dev] [rock] #57: vizkit does not have a dependency on rock-widget collection

An other solution would be to add some extra checks and disable the the
integration scripts if rock_widget_collection is not present. In the
proposed cased we need a place to install the integration scripts.

I don't really care. 
Thoughts?
