Hi,

how can I refer to a local package-set (autoproj/istruct) instead of a
remote package-set?

package_sets:
   - istruct

produces
| in /home/aburchardt/work/istruct/autoproj/manifest: the source
| specification {:istruct=>nil} misses either the VCS type or an URL

According to
http://rock-robotics.org/documentation/autoproj/writing_manifest.html it
look at files in autoproj/istruct/
(there is a source.yml and a libs.autobuild).
