[Rock-dev] on rock-robotics.org, "GUI" vs. "Data Analysis"

The reason for the new section was a merge of an old branch. But
nevertheless a GUI is not only for data analyses it is also for
controlling components. Therefore I have feeling data analyses is maybe
not the best place for it.
