[Rock-dev] Replay Scripts bug

Hi Alex,

I've extended the align function so that it does perform the alignment 
on the sample time, by looking if the sample has a time field. This is 
done by using the :use_sample_time option to the align method. Why it's 
not aligning properly I don't know. Your printout is from the c++ side, 
right? Start from the ruby side, and add a filter hook for each of the 
streams that dumps the time.
