[Rock-dev] basetype SonarScan changed to SonarBeam

This is only for people who are using the flavor master for base/types

The base type SonarScan is replaced by SonarBeam. If you have old log
data you can convert them by calling the command line tool:

rock-convert logfile.log

This is the first time the generic Convert script is used so please keep
your old log files and report errors to the mailing list (or open a
ticket).
