utilrb is broken

if you want to fix it temporary go into utilrb folder and enter 
git reset --hard  911cc5d48b668ce4665ceb7d7be932b5e4e0f7ae
into the console 

Hopefully Sylvain is fixing it today otherwise I can have a look in the
evening.
