It looks like you are using ruby 1.9 but the qt bindings are not 
installed for it. I just checked, and unfortunately Rock's bootstrap 
scripts do not select the ruby version explicitely. My guess is that you 
bootstrapped with 1.9, which generally works but is not 100% reliable 
(as you see yourself).

Can you try the following:

   autoproj update-config
   autoproj osdeps

which should install the missing parts. If it does not, try

   gem1.9.1 install qtbindings

Please tell us if it worked / what worked.
