Hi,

can you please update your autoproj gem to the current version and try 
if the problem is still present.

To update the autoproj gem call the following command from the console 
after the environment of your project was sourced.

gem1.8 install autoproj (if you are using ruby 1.8)
gem1.9.1 install autoproj (if you are using ruby 1.9)

if you also want to try the current pre-release call:
gem1.8 install --prerelease autoproj autobuild (if you are using ruby 1.8)
gem1.9.1 install --prerelease autoproj autobuild (if you are using ruby 1.9)
