#233: qt custom designer widget librarires are not installed to install/lib

 At the moment all custom designer widgets are installed to
 install/lib/qt/designer
 which makes it hard to reuse the same libraries for other c++ widgets.

 A proper solution would be to install the libraries to install/lib and
 create symbolic links for them in install/lib/qt/designer.
