Comment:

 At the moment orogen projects export typekits by default - in order to
 export task states.
 Since orphaned typekits would only be created if no typekit is exported,
 the problem does not exist for most cases.
 Generating a .tlb for any orogen project even if the tlb is empty will fix
 the problem.
