[Rock-dev] Mars going to next

Hello together,
this is only interesting if your are currently using Mars.
Mars will introduce in the next Days an next branch. The Current 
(master) state goes to next.

After that the eigen3 changes will merged back to master, this might 
break some builds,
so if you want to keep the old types you need to go to next.
