[Rock-dev] properties of type std::vector<double>

The double vector is not in next yet,
i added the double vector with commit id

dc37ca1ae77bef3922f15b19e0f609ce92c86062 from the 30.11.2011

if you don't really need the double precision try to use float, 
otherwise wait or switch the orogen/types to master.
