[Rock-dev] Multiple changes in rock-roby and roby, requiring one small change for supervision users

I'm pushing quite a bit of changes in rock-roby (orocos.rb/roby) and 
roby itself, mainly in line with the integration of bundles, but also 
misc bugfixes.

It has been tested on asguard itself, and everything works fine (and is 
mostly backward compatible). I am therefore going to push it.

The only change is that, in supervision code, one now has to always 
require paths relative to the app directory, i.e.

   load_system_model 'data_services/base'

is now

   load_system_model 'tasks/data_services/base'

With this change, your code should work even if you are using an older 
version of the Roby code.
