Comment:

 This error is independent of the os version and also present in
 autoproj-1.8.0.rc5

 To solve this error temporary
 .gems/gems/autoproj-1.7.20/lib/autoproj/manifest.rb line 1716
 must be changed from
 Autoproj.warn "in #{File.join(srcdir, 'manifest.xml')}: #{e.message}"
 to
 Autoproj.warn "in #{File.join(Autoproj.osdeps.source_of(name),
 'manifest.xml')}: #{e.message}"
