 Since the compilation of some template based modules like slam/envire uses
 huge amounts of RAM (which seems to scale with the amount of used CPU
 cores), it would be nice to reduce the parallel build level for these
 modules manually. If you are using distcc, you simply do not want your HDD
 (and in consequence even the GUI) to be blocked for minutes by swapping
 operations.
