Hi,

i implemented 2 functions (and test cases) for an HDLC Implementation.
(Bit-synchronization on byte streams)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-Level_Data_Link_Control

i would like to add this to the iodriver (static funcions), if no one 
shouts...
