[Rock-dev] Discovery: "rock-convert --use_sample_time"

For those of you that want to replay their data in the timestamp order, 
there was the use_sample_time option in the replay code. Unfortunately, 
it's quite slow and therefore cumbersome to use.

What I discovered today is the availability of

   rock-convert --use_sample_time[=field] <file>

which replaces the logical time in the log file by the one that the 
field contains (ignored for streams that don't have that field). The 
default field is "time"
