 The idea was to warn if certain variables are already set (rock variables
 like ROCK_TEMPLATE_PREFIX)
 Therefore I guess it would be enough to detect that an autoproj
 installation got loaded before.

 Are there use cases why Autoproj.env_inherit.clear is not called by
 default?
