[Rock-dev] Autoproj seems to "clean" autoconf packages

Hmh, strange:


I try to build binutils via autoproj.
The problem is that at least the configure file gets removed.
The Problem is that i don't have the correct version of autoconf in my 
sysstem to regenerate it. So the aclocal call failes (wich should not 
needed if the file is kept).
