[Rock-dev] Se default --overridable-- flavor

Is there an way to set an default flavor, which might be overriable by 
the user. On an current bootstrap stable is recommended automatic, is 
there an way to change this to next?

Since tomorrow 20 new students come to my project, it will be great to 
keep the bootstrap as simple as possible (without hardcode the flavor)...
