[Rock-dev] autoproj folder files and README.txt

Hi,

while setting up a rock install for a scientific project partner, a few
questions / suggestions arose concerning stuff in the autoproj folder.

- There are a lot of config files, and not all of them are explained in
the README.txt (for example 'manifest' and rock.rb, also nothing about
the remotes folder and source.yml there).
- unfortunate naming: override.rb and overrides.yml not very descriptive
- really difficult to distinguish what information has to go where and
what is auto-generated, what files only have to be touched for advanced
stuff

Perhaps it would help to have fewer config files for 'basic'
installations or accumulated config files with different sections and
inline doc, where advanced stuff is commented out?
