[Rock-dev] Redesign ImageView Widget

Thx to Allan there is now a very clean implementation of the ImageView 
widget based on QGraphicsScene.
I pushed the changes to master replacing the old widget. If you have any 
trouble please report it to the mailing list.

Redesign ImageView Widget:
==========================

The ImageView widget has been redesigned from scratch. The old widget 
was quite over engineered. Many functionality were manually implemented 
instead of taking advantage of Qt's modules.

If you need to use the old widget for some reason, you simply update 
your references. The old widget was moved to ImageViewOld and it is 
located in rock_widget_collection/image_view_old/ImageViewOld.h.

New Features:
     * support for rotating images
     * support for progress indicator
     * saving images with and without overlay
     * overlay API: lines, circles, text, points (examples: 
rock_widget_collection/src/image_view/scripts/test.rb)
